Who We Are
Today, Southern Harvest Hospitality owns and operates four restaurants across the Triangle and Triad areas of North Carolina: Sprout Cafe at the NC Museum of Life and Science (Durham), The Cafe at the National Institute of Health Sciences (RTP), Knucklehead BBQ (Mebane), and The 19th Hole Cafe and Catering at Tanglewood Park (Forsyth County). We also operate a school lunch catering business serving thousands of children in schools all across the region. We are a preferred caterer to over 50 venues and institutions and are an Official Caterer to Duke Athletics. In all, we employ over 125 people across the region serving over 500,000 guests annually, building community and relationships wherever we do business.
The Food
Southern Harvest Hospitality Group is a group of restaurant and catering companies founded on the principle of bringing the area’s best produce and meats to our guests’ tables. Our chef-driven menus feature seasonal and regional favorites and are customizable to fit your specific needs.

Our mission is to love and nourish our guests, our teammates, and our partners in such a way that we show God’s love for all. We want to love our neighbors as ourselves, and as such, have a unique way of building relationships with our guests. It is this relationship-building that is the key to our mission and reflects our commitment to being the best we can be.
Our Service
We are honored to serve over 100 wedding couples annually, as well as tens of thousands of fans, guests, and VIPs throughout the Triangle. We have solid relationships with local farmers and suppliers (some for 30 years!) and have the relationships built to help all of our guests realize their goals for their events.
